Shipping policy

We are determined to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. All our shipments are sent in recycled cartons, but your product inside will be securely packaged exactly like on the images, in our original Trouvaille box.

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note the delivery date provided is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Free, non-tracked delivery option is offered to UK addresses for orders above £30.00. Shipping method used to fulfill free delivery is solely determined by Trouvaille Global Ltd and subject to change at any time. Trouvaille Global Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw free shipping offer at any time without prior notice. 

Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, custom duties or taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Trouvaille Global Ltd is not responsible for them. If you do not pay these local import/custom duties or taxes then the Product could be returned to Trouvaille Global Ltd. Please note, if this happens, we may not be able to refund your purchase. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you are in breach of any law in any such country.

UPDATE FOR EU CUSTOMERS

Due to new and evolving EU packaging rules, businesses may need to register, report packaging and meet producer-responsibility requirements separately in each EU country where they sell. As a small business, we’re not yet able to manage those requirements across multiple EU countries, so we’ve temporarily paused shipping there while we assess what’s needed.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We’ll share an update if EU shipping becomes available again.
